Girls Road Trip

This morning the girls and I loaded up and headed to Waco. Camden was out of school again and I just decided it would be fun to take a little road trip. Camden and Claire were excited because they know that going to Waco means getting to see the Bears!! We got there around 11:00am, which meant LUNCH! And where should we eat lunch?? NINFA'S!!! It was yummy!! After lunch we were off to I'm Yours, where I got the girls a Thanksgiving shirt and some pants that match their Christmas shirt.




Then back to campus where we saw the bears, who were taking a nap. And we always stop in at the Bookstore when we're there. The girls all got new Baylor shirts, including Mommy!


Before heading home, we stopped in at the Dr. Pepper Museum and had a Dr. Pepper float! Pretty tasty. We also got some pics of the girls in front of these old timey cars and trucks.






On the way home, Camden and Carlyle fell asleep for about 45 minutes. They woke up just as we were entering Corsicana. Camden yells that she has to go to the bathroom, and coincidentally, we were right in front of the Collin Street Bakery. What a perfect place to stop, get out and have a snack. The girls and I had a great day spending time together! I enjoyed being with them so much today (and it helped that they were really well behaved)!! Looking forward to our next girls road trip!!!
