Playhouse Disney Live

Back in August, Jeremy and I decided to get tickets for Playhouse Disney Live for Camden and Claire's birthday present. They have way too many toys and we thought this would be a great alternative. I can't believe that we have managed to keep it a secret for this long. This morning when Camden woke up she asked her usual question of where we were going today. I told her that we were going on a trip and she proceeded to get a bag so she could pack her things. I informed her that we were just going for the day so she decided to gather a few things to keep her busy in the car (a little Halloween candy, a new movie that she got for Halloween and some books). She asked where we were going and all I told her was that we were going to Louisiana. She and Claire were very excited. When we arrived in Bossier City, we had lunch and then headed to the Centurytel Center for the show. They kept asking why we were going there. When they walked in and saw displays of Mickey Mouse, Handy Manny and the Little Einsteins, their eyes lit up. We were going to buy them a souvenier, but Camden couldn't wait to get inside the theatre to find our seats. We finally talked her into picking something out. Camden chose Handy Manny's tool box and Claire chose a Little Einsteins purse. When the show began their eyes lit up in amazement. They were so enthralled with the characters and really enjoyed getting to dance and sing along. Jeremy and I loved seeing the look of pure joy on the girls' faces. What a fun day!! I look forward to many more memories with my family!
