Day 3-San Antonio and Waco
On our last day, we got up and went to see the Alamo. Although the girls cared nothing about the significance of this building, Jeremy had never been there and really wanted to go. Then we had lunch at Landry's on the Riverwalk and headed home. We made a pit stop in Waco so the girls could see the Baylor Bears. Unfortunately, they were taking a nap, but we had fun anyway. Sea World-Day 2
Day 2 we headed to Sea World. It was EXTREMELY HOT, therefore, we didn't ride many rides that did not involve water!! But, Camden and Claire did experience their first roller coaster. They LOVED it!!! We also watched the Shamu show, which was really neat. Camden was in awe of everything! Then we headed to the water park where the girls got wet and loved every minute of it!! They even slid down a big slide into the water. The first time, Camden wasn't too sure about it, but after awhile, she said she wanted to go again. I went the first time with Claire and Jeremy went with Camden. Then, Jeremy took turns going with each of the girls. They could have done that all day. After a LONG day at Sea World, we headed back to the hotel to get cleaned up. We had dinner on the Riverwalk again at The Rainforest Cafe. We all had so much fun, but were glad to get in bed that night!!
San Antonio-Day 1
On Thursday, we headed to San Antonio for a mini vacation. We made a stop in San Marcos to do some shopping and ate lunch at Johnny Rockets. The girls had fun wearing their diner hats. We got to the hotel and the first thing Camden and Claire wanted to do was SWIM. Then we headed out to the Riverwalk for some dinner. We had a great, but tiring, first day.
